We facilitate the transfer of reused building materials from deconstruction sites to
new construction.

The current reuse market is informal, unpredictable, and inaccessible. Contractors, developers, architects, and homeowners all avoid reused materials because they are difficult to plan around, and procure in sufficient quantities.

Afterstock works like a train station ‘arrival/departures’ board. Materials from planned deconstructions are posted ahead of removal and can be reserved. By organizing access to bulk materials as they come out of deconstructions, afterstock makes reused materials accessible and commonplace in new built projects.
